HOW DO I PAY FOR MY RESERVATION?

We collect 30% of the total cost of your charter to reserve, the remaining balance is due the day of the rental. Payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp or wire transfer. You may also pay your captain in cash before departure. Reservations can be made up to six months in advance.

CAN I CANCEL MY TRIP DUE TO POOR WEATHER?

You may reschedule your charter due to poor weather. Keep in mind that Miami is a tropical city, so it will rain sporadically all-year round. However, it is sunny and exquisitely hot most of the day. Rain does not constitute grounds for cancellation. If the weather conditions are unsafe, your captain will cancel the charter and you will be issued a rain check (pun intended).

IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE IF I CANCEL?

Deposits are not refundable. However, they are redeemable without expiration. Rebooking a cancelled reservation is conditional upon availability and excludes major and local holidays.

DO YOU HAVE SPECIFIC CHARTER HOURS?

Our first charter starts as early as 9:00AM. Our last charter can begin as late at 9:00PM, depending on the number of hours rented.

DO YOU REQUIRE ANY ADVANCE NOTICE TO RESERVE?

While advance notice is certainly preferred, we always try to accommodate last-minute reservations and same-day requests to the best of our abilities.

CAN I EXTEND MY CHARTER?

You can extend your charter by the hour as long as the vessel isn’t booked afterwards. If you wish to add additional hours, please approach your captain and he/she will contact your sales agent to make arrangements. Price varies per vessel.

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

No, gratuity is not included in the price. Your captain and first mate (if you have one) will go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience and return to dock safely. Be sure to tip them!

SO WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

This varies per vessel – some vessels have a lot of extras included in the price, but these are the basic you can expect: Cost of the rental, the crew (captain or captain and first mate for larger parties), fuel, docking fee, water, ice and water toys.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE?

We cannot extend your charter over the contracted time as this could cause delays on other charters. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to maximize your time on the water.

CAN I PLAY MY OWN MUSIC?

You can play music directly from your phone via Bluetooth or AUX cable. Bring your favorite playlists ready to blast, a party without music isn’t a party at all!

CAN WE COOK ONBOARD?

Cooking onboard is not allowed. However, some vessels allow for grilling, so ask us in advance! Microwaving and reheating already cooked meals is permitted in all vessels with a microwave or oven.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

Absolutely! We recommend ready-to-eat or pre-made foods so that your time on the water is maximized. Leave the cooking at home!

CAN WE BRING ALCOHOL?

Of course! Our only requests:

No red wine

Limit glass to a minimum

CAN I BRING MY PET ONBOARD?

Pets are welcome in most vessels. Please let us know if you’re planning on bringing your nonhuman friend in advance.

CAN I SMOKE ONBOARD?

Smoking is upholstery’s worst enemy; therefore, all vessels are smoke-free.

ARE THERE ANY REGULATIONS FOR  CHILDREN?

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Children under six years of age must wear a USCG–approved life jacket at all times while on any vessel less than 26 feet in length that is underway upon Florida waters.

CAN I USE RECREATIONAL DRUGS DURING MY CHARTER?

Florida is one of several states in the U.S. with strict drug laws. The possession, use, or transport of any of the controlled substances under § 893 is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in the termination of your charter without refund or recourse.

DO YOU OFFER ANY EXTRA SERVICES?

Yes! Ask us about jet-ski rental, catering, DJ rental, fishing trips and more when making your reservation.

WHAT DO I NEED TO OPERATE A JET-SKI?

In order to operate a vessel powered by 10 horsepower in Florida, anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, must pass an approved boater safety course and have in his/her possession a photo ID and a boater safety identification card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. You can find the only FREE Online Boating Safety Course approved by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission at https://www.boatus.org/florida/.
